Refund & Returns Policy

Your card is not charged when you place a pre-order. You can cancel at any time before we charge your card and ship your order. Visit rocket-pocket.com/order/status or email support@rocket-pocket.com and we will cancel your order and delete your saved payment details. There is nothing to refund because nothing has been charged.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

• The product is unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
• All components are included: boxer brief, scale model rocket, and presentation box.

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of underwear that has been worn or removed from its sealed packaging, unless the product is defective.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@rocket-pocket.com with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping — your choice.

2. 2We will reply within 2 business days with a return shipping address.
3. 3Ship the product back to us (return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective).
4. 4Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

• Worn or opened underwear (unless defective).
• Products returned after the 30-day window.
• Products missing components (rocket, packaging, etc.).
